SprintRecap is a software-as-a-service platform that helps software development teams automate sprint reports and gain insights from their development process. The service includes features for sprint analysis, team performance metrics, and automated reporting.

3. Eligibility

To use SprintRecap, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

SprintRecap offers a 7-day free trial, after which you can choose from monthly or yearly paid plans. Subscriptions are automatically renewed and billed via Stripe. To avoid charges, you must cancel before your billing date.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

SprintRecap supports optional integrations with third-party services such as Jira and Slack. We access relevant project and task data only as needed for the service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of these third-party services, and SprintRecap is not liable for issues caused by third-party APIs or data access.

7. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any scraping, reverse engineering, resale, or illegal use of the service. SprintRecap reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

SprintRecap owns all intellectual property rights to the platform and branding. Users retain ownership of their own data uploaded to or generated through the service.

9. Privacy

Your use of SprintRecap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

SprintRecap may suspend or terminate your account for misuse or violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SprintRecap's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SprintRecap harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

SprintRecap may revise these terms from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes, and your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
